When you book online. Our booking form is provided by DaySmart. When you book, you give your name, phone number, email address, and details about your pet (such as breed, size, and grooming or health notes) to DaySmart, which stores them on our behalf. DaySmart also uses your phone number to send you appointment reminders by text on our behalf. DaySmart’s handling of that information is covered by the DaySmart privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
When you call, text, email, or message us. We receive whatever you choose to share, such as your contact details and information about your pet.
When you pay. We accept cards and cash at pick-up. Card payments are handled by our card payment provider, which receives the card details needed to complete the payment. We don’t keep card numbers or other payment records ourselves.
When you visit this website. Like most websites, our web host may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and running.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments, including text reminders sent through DaySmart. If you’d rather not get text reminders, just let us know.
- To groom your pet safely, including noting health and behavior details you share
- To contact you when your pet is ready, or if there’s a concern during grooming
- To answer your questions
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the salon (like DaySmart and our card payment provider), or when required by law.
Photos of your pet
We love showing off happy pets, but we only share photos or videos of your pet on our website or social media with your permission, which is part of the grooming policies DaySmart sends you to acknowledge when you book. You can change your answer at any time by letting us know.
Cookies and other websites
This website doesn’t use cookies to track you. The embedded DaySmart booking form may set its own cookies so that booking works, such as keeping you signed in.
